Hiya Hank! I don’t see any picture on my end. Is there a link or something? As for our plans. I need to drop down into the starboard engine compartment and determine why we aren’t spitting water out of the exhaust. I just put a brand new impeller in before we left and there is not clog on the intake. I’ll crack open the pump and see what’s what. I think we may be here a couple of weeks. No hurries from this point on now that we have the stream behind us. The next big crossing is the Northwest Providence Channel between Grand Bahama and the Berry Islands. We will shoot for a day with steady easterlies and we don’t intend to motor at all. That will be nice.
Nice job getting across! The Northerly fronts have been relentless. We are so jealous. We got our bottom done and had another few issues that are being addressed here in Ft Pierce hanging out at Harbortown Marina. It may be a few more weeks to get everything done before we can look for a weather window, dental work included. We hope we can catch up to you somewhere in the Exumas.
Enjoy the clear waters and good luck with the engine issues. Your Loggerhead neighbors.
Thanks. Very cool shot. Here’s one back at ya. I took it yesterday. Any plans for departure?
